Answer:

Brush your teeth, maybe shower or wash your face, use mouthwash, brush your hair, put on pajamas, lay out your clothes for the next morning, floss, set an alarm. Some habits that can keep you from falling asleep may be devices. Watching or playing on devices can attract your attention for hours and can keep you from a good nights sleep. Turning off devices is a good idea for before bed.

How does the blood get from the arteries to the veins?
professor190 [17]
Capillaries connect the arteries to veins. The arteries deliver the oxygen-rich blood to the capillaries, where the actual exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide occurs. The capillaries then deliver the waste-rich blood to the veins for transport back to the lungs and heart. Veins carry the blood back to the heart.

What are the Developmental Disabilities related to Cerebral Palsy?
GrogVix [38]

Intellectual impairment, epileptic seizures, and vision and hearing impairment may come alongside cerebral palsy. Due to being somewhat paralyzed, they may also have the inability to chew, swallow, it may be harder to breathe, or they may have bowel or bladder control issues. Hopefully this helps!

Btw, this disability is no laughing matter, but that doesn't stop the people who have it from getting a kick out of it. Check out Filthy Frank's "Pimp My Wheelchair." You may enjoy it as much as he did lol.
