Okay this one is pretty easy.

Here are the steps:
1. we know that 70 - 79 = 5 students 80 - 89 = 7 students 90 - 99 = 2 students. 
2. ADD
3. 5 + 7 + 2= 14 
4. ANSWER


A: D there are 14 students scored 70 and above!
