Input is a term to describe any program operation or device that transfers data to a computer. Output is the term of transferring data to a computer. Ex. ( every transfer is an out put from one device and an input into another)

Input is the same as the x-term and output is the same as the y-term.

For example, take a look at the image provided with thee table.

Looking at the first box of our table, notice that if we subtract 5 from 1, we get -4 and if we subtract 5 from 2 we get -3 and if we subtract 5 from 3, we get -2.  Notice that in each case, we're subtracting 5 from the input to get the output.

I attached a table so you can practice if you'd like to. All you have to do is subtract 5 from each input and you will end up with the output. The first few are done for you. I also provided an answer key in the next image so you can check your work.

The last one might be a little trick. In the input, we have n which is a variable that represents any number. If we want to find the nth term, we simply subtract 5. So we have n - 5.

First image is practice if you'd like and the second is the key.

If you don't want to do it, no worries.

What is the value of the expression?

The answer is 64. You must follow the order of operations, so you do what is in the parenthesis first. 15-7=8 and 5+3=8. Once you calculate that, you do 8×8=64.

What is 14-2/9-2/5=
Alenkasestr [34]

Answer:

The answer is 602/45

Step-by-step explanation:

Since this involves subtracting fraction, we must make sure each denominator  is alike, which involves find the LCD (least common denominator).

9, 5, and 1 (the number 14's denominator is 1) all have the LCD 45 in common.

Multiply 9 by 5, which multiplies 2 with 5, giving 10.

Multiply 5 by 9, which multiplies 2 by 9, giving 18.

Multiply 1 by 45, which multiplies 14 by 45, giving 630.

Now, you have an equation that looks like this:

(630/45) - (10/45) - (18/45)

Subtract 10 from 630, which gives 620, then subtract 18 from 620, giving 602.

Final answer: 602/45
