Believed to have been born in the late 16th century, English explorer Henry Hudson made two unsuccessful sailing voyages in search of an ice-free passage to Asia. In 1609, he embarked on a third voyage funded by the Dutch East India Company that took him to the New World and the river that would be given his name. On his fourth voyage, Hudson came upon the body of water that would later be called the Hudson Bay.

The third voyage was the worst. When some members of Henry Hudson's crew set off to find food on the shore, the First Nations attacked them and killed one of Henry Hudson's men. The man that died was one of the most important men on the ship. He would keep watch to see if there were chunks of ice up ahead and if there were dead ends. On his last voyage, Henry Hudson encountered the menacing  ice. This ice was so thick that his boat was stuck. By the time the ice melted and the boat was free, his unhappy crew plotted against him and set him adrift in a boat with his son and a few other crew members

Minchanka [31]

Eyewitness errors are the main reason for false convictions, especially in robbery and sexual assault instances.

  • Robbery is the illegal seizure of another person's property through force or the threat of force. Robbery hasn't happened without using force or threatening to use force. The term "theft" is a catch-all that refers to all theft-related offenses as well as robbery and burglary.
  • One of the main reasons for unjust convictions is eyewitness error. In fact, according to the American Psychological Association, one in three eyewitnesses misidentify the scene.
  • Mistakes in identifying perpetrators can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as poor viewing conditions, insufficient time to view the perpetrator, or too much time between witnessing and identification. In laboratory studies of eyewitness identifications, this process is modeled.

yuradex [85]

Answer:

That statement is true

Explanation:

Components of environment could include any objects, subjects, or situation that we face every day.

Peer influence can influence our wellness by making us more prone to a certain behavior that accepted by our peers. (for example, if we involves ourselves with peers who constantly smoke, it would most likely affect our wellness because we become more likely to do it)

Role models could influence us in similar ways, but we do it because we admire our individuals and develop a feeling that we want to be like that individual.
