Will drinking water instead of soda help me lose weight? So, I am normally a soda drinker. And NEVER did i drink water. Will i l

If that is the only lifestyle change you make; yes and no. Yes in that the change would be very minor, and the normal junk in soda won't contribute to current weight, but no in that its hardly significant. Drink water, eat healthy, and exercise.
