Angle 7 is 40 degrees because if the whole thing is 180 and 180 -140 is 40. and the angles on the bottom line mirror the angles on top, so if the smaller angle on top is 40 degrees, so is the one on the bottom

Angle 7 is equal to 3. the line cutting through has a degree of 180. minus 140 from 180 to get the desired angle which is 40 degrees

Consider the quadratic function f(x)=8x2−7x+6. What is the constant of the function?
PtichkaEL [24]
6
The 6 is the constant because it is never going to change
f(x), and others that contain x will change based on the value x
Since 6 doesn’t have the c with it it will be constant

Factor x 2 + 29x - 30.<br> (x + 15)(x - 2)<br> (x + 1)(x - 30)<br> (x - 1)(x + 30)
Daniel [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is C) (x - 1)(x + 30)

Step-by-step explanation:

To find this, we need to find factors of the last number (-30) that add up to the middle number (29). In order to do this, list out all of the factors of -30.

-1 and 30

1 and -30

2 and -15

-2 and 15

3 and -10

-3 and 10

Since -1 and 30 satisfy both of the parameters, we put them into their own parenthesis along with x.

(x - 1)(x + 30)
