Whenever they line up they're equivalent. As you can see in the attached file, 1/2, 2/4, 3/6, 4/8, 5/10, and 6/12 are equivalent because they line up.

The sum of three numbers is 20. The sum of twice the first number, 5 times the second
Fed [463]

Answer:

well this is required for ur knowledge and ur experience but i could give u an example if u want

last week i had lied to my step mother about something that was small, she found out emediatly that i was lying and got mad. she asked me why do i lie to her so much and i couldnt answer cuz i didnt know. i lied to her many times  before and did some other stuff to her such as stealing and lying about important stuff. yesterday when she finally wasnt mad at me we talked long and hard and she told me that each time i lied or stole from her it broke alittle bit of her trust in me, she asked me if it was cuz i just didnt like her and i told her no and that i saw her as a family memember  but she told me she didnt believe me and that she cant believe a thing i say due to how much i lied to her. there was a lot of tears after that long talk and after i calmed down i did some stuff and then started thinking of reasons why i did the things i did. then i started thinking of how i could of fixed it. a way i could of fixed the issue before it was even an issue was i could of not lied nor stole from her, i could of told her how i felt instead of holding my emotions in. id love to fix what i lost but its not possible. a way i could fix the issue i have rn is try not to lie and try to convince her to trust me. something i want to take back during our talk? not saying anything at all.

now im not saying any of that was true but its a good example of what to say during this essay you could use ur own words and ur own problem to explain how you could fix,repair and all that other stuff. just use ur own story for the essay.  in ur own words and story try to answer all the questions asked.

If you had to relive that situation all over again, how would you fix the fight or keep it from turning into one?

Think about the following questions and then write several paragraphs in response: When did the fight occur, and what was it about?

Who was at fault—you, the other person, or both of you?

Why do you think it ended poorly?

In general, what would you have done differently?

What could you have said differently that would have let the other person know you were listening?

If you could take back something you said during the fight, what would it be?

What do you wish you would have said during that fight?

Did the fight result in your not being friends or not getting along with that person anymore?

Would you want repair your relationship with this person again?

If so, what are some possible ways to fix the damage?

focus on those questions when doing ur work and explain in detail how u would of fixed it or made it better :)

hope this helps and sorry it was so long anyways ik im asking a lot but if i helped can i get brainliest?

what is the inverse of the conditional statement? If a polygon the has five angles, then it is a Pentagon
den301095 [7]

Answer:  The inverse f the given statement is

"If a polygon is not a Pentagon, then it does not have five sides".

Step-by-step explanation:  We are given to write the inverse of the following conditional statement:

"If a polygon the has five angles, then it is a Pentagon".

<u>INVERSE of a conditional statement :</u>

If the conditional statement is

"If p, then q",

then its inverse statement is given by

"If not q, then not p".

Therefore, the inverse of the given statement is

"If a polygon is not a Pentagon, then it does not have five sides".

Choose all which define events A and B as independent events.
Firlakuza [10]

There are 2 answers: Choice 1, Choice 4

=======================================

Why is this? Because we use the rule

P(A & B) = P(A) * P(B)

which only works if events A and B are independent

----

For the first answer choice,

P(A) * P(B) = 0.6*0.4 = 0.24 = P(A & B)

so that matches.

The same applies to the fourth answer choice as well

P(A) * P(B) = 0.3*0.2= 0.06 = P(A & B)

----

The other answer choices don't match up.

The second answer choice has

P(A) * P(B) = 0.3*0.4 = 0.12 but that doesn't match with the 0.70 given

Similarly for the third answer choice,

P(A) * P(B) = 0.5*0.1 = 0.05 which doesn't match with the 0.60

A jar contains two blue and five green marbles. A marble is drawn at random and then replaced. A second marble drawn at random.
DerKrebs [107]

corrected question:A jar contains two blue and five green marbles. A marble is drawn at random and then replaced. A second marble drawn at random. For each of the following, find the probability that: a) both marbles are blue b) both marbles are the same color  c)the marbles are different in color

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

<u><em>The probability was done with replacement.</em></u>

Probaility of an event happening=\frac{number of required outcomes}{number of possible outcomes}

number of blue marbles= 2

number of green marbles=5

total number of marbles=7

(a) probability that both marbles are blue = pr(first is blue)*pr(second is blue)

                                  =\frac{2}{7}*\frac{2}{7}

                                   =\frac{4}{49}

(b)probability that both marbles are the same color =pr(first is blue)*pr(second is blue) + Pr(first is green)*Pr(second is green)

   =\frac{4}{49} + \frac{5}{7}*\frac{5}{7}

   =\frac{4}{49} + \frac{25}{49}

 =\frac{29}{49}

(c)Probability that the marbles are different in colors=pr(first is blue)*pr(second is green) + Pr(first is green)*Pr(second is blue)

  =\frac{2}{7}*\frac{5}{7}+ \frac{5}{7}*\frac{2}{7}

           =\frac{10}{49}+\frac{10}{49}

      =\frac{20}{49}
