Which was NOT a feature of welfare reform?

Social Studies

As far as I could find, the following were a feature of the reformin 1996:

increased work requirements (especially after two years)
a five-year limit on benefits from federal funds

So these were definitely a feature.
Of the remaining two, it is true that the cash assistance was diminished in 1996.

So i think that the transportation vouchers were not provided. Additionally, I found that transportation costs can be deducted from taxes by the employers, and that there is a number of smaller programs providing transportation benefits, but I don't think that they were a major part of the reform (so the last option).

tigry1 [53]

The conceptual anchor that suggested action has various consequences in varied situations is called a contingency anchor.

What is an anchor for an organization?

Anchor acts as a system that provides the required support in terms of any matter to the organization when there is a need.

The contingency anchor is the anchor which conceptually states that an action has a different reaction in different circumstances. It needs that the organization should be aware and ready with the alternative solutions as one solution cannot work in all situations.

Therefore, the contingency anchor is the one that suggests that one action has varied impacts on varied situations.

Ulleksa [173]

An organization that is facing an internal or external conflict would be Victoria Secret.

Victoria Secret is a corporation that sells underwear. However, it has also become famous for its models. In recent years, Victoria Secret has experienced an enormous loss of revenue and popularity. In this case, the conflict that Victoria Secret experiences is external. This is because the styles and values that the company promotes no longer match with those of modern society. Therefore, the company is experiencing a conflict between itself and its social environment.
