The answer is: both white rice and white noodles are pretty much the same in terms of nutritional content. One third of a cup of cooked rice and cooked noodles (which is one carb serving) contains about the same amount of calories, carbohydrate, protein, fat, sodium and potassium. So, the choice is yours.

They are very similar in calories but very different in fat content. Rice has 206 calories per one cup and noodles have 221 calories per one cup. But rice has 0.4 grams of fat, though noodles have 3.3 grams of fat. So by default rice is healthier in this instance.
