Conus medullaris syndrome:

The reflexes are diminished in conus medyllaris syndrome. The individual suffers from the more back pain than the normal case. The impotence is frequent in this condition. The numbness around the body is symmetrical. The distal paresis of lower limb is present in conus medullaris syndrome.
