Hence, second option is the true option.                            {Result of spin, card color}

{Green, Purple} {Yellow, Purple}  {Purple, Purple }

{Green, Green}  {Yellow, Green}  {Purple, Green}

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that:

A spinner with 3 equal sectors is shown in the figure. The colors Green, Yellow, and Purple are marked on it.

Two cards are shown on the right side. Their colors are Purple and Green.

The table that identifies the sample space of spinning the spinner and then selecting  a card is:

     {Result of spin, card color}

{Green, Purple} {Yellow, Purple}  {Purple, Purple }

{Green, Green}  {Yellow, Green}  {Purple, Green}

( Since in rest of the options the red color in the sample space but there is no card or no such color in the spin which is red)

The product of a number X and 12 is five more than the product of the number and 3/8. Write an and equation to model the situati
sdas [7]

Answer:

The equation we can use is 12x = 3/8x + 5

Step-by-step explanation:

The product of 12 and a number, x, is represented by 12x

The product of 3/8 and the same number (x) is represented by 3/8x

We add five to the right-hand side of the equation since 12x is five more than the product of 3/8 and x

What is a decreased by 25%
Katen [24]

Answer:

Take 25 percent of the number and subtract that

Step-by-step explanation:

Basically, to decrease by 25 percent, you either multiply the number by .75 to get 75 percent of the original 100 percent. You do this because decreasing 100 percent (the original number) by 25 percent will give you 75 percent of the original number. If that's too confusing, take 1/4 of the original number and subtract that from the original number.
