When measuring wellness you must go off of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. this first starts off with, 1. Physiological Needs (sleep, food, warmth, rest) 2.safety needs 3. Love needs 4.Esteem needs 5. Self actualization (achieving ones full potential, including creative activities)
