I wouldn't say its 100% good to live on but my answer would be no, mars has some things earth does but there are some things mars would need for humans to live on

Such as: good temperature, perfect distance from the sun, a good moon, and oxygen

Things it does have: Rocky surface

So i would say no, because mars temperature can go so high because its distance from the sun is so close, the temperature would nearly be 200 or 195 degrees

For humans to be able to live on mars, we would need oxygen, to breathe because mars has carbon dioxide, a perfect distance from the sun, which would be at least 70 to 90 degrees a good moon, and perfect gravity.

Hope this helps!
