C.S. LEWIS is the author whose novel has a quote that says "always winter but never Christmas"

The above quote was mentioned in the novel entitled The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. It described Narnia. The magical placed discovered beyond the doors of the Wardrobe.

This novel was the first book that is part of a seven series high fantasy novel created by C.S. Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia. It was published in 1949 but the idea was first entertained by C.S. Lewis in 1939.

The name Narnia was based from Narni, Italy with Latin equivalent Narnia. C.S. Lewis chose that name simply because he liked the sound of it.

All leaders hold a position of authority and may utilize the power that comes from their position
Anna35 [415]

Answer:

Formal Leaders (Eg : C.E.O)

Explanation:

Leadership is act of guiding, motivating people towards achievement of a common goal.

The leaders who hold a position of authority and may utilize the power that comes from their position to influence others' actions : are Formal Leaders. These leaders exercise 'formal leadership' where the person is officially designated as group leader. The leader exercises power given to him/her as per the position he/ she has in the organisation.

Example of Formal Leader : Chief Executive Officer (C.E.0)

However there are another type of : natural informal leaders  also, who just demonstrate personal influential leadership skills, without formal official designation.
