The correct answer is C) France regained all its territory except the city of Calais. Although the Hundred Years War was a war which caused mass plague and diseases, economic downfalls for many peasants, famines and a general wipe out of the population even though it was a dynasty war (specifically in France), the French were able to regain their lost territory. The English retreated because of problems on their island nation and lost many of the zones they had established in France. Still, it is important to note that their were victories and defeats on both sides.

How did the Enlightenment and American Revolution change the way people viewed their relationship to their rulers
romanna [79]
The Enlightenment and the American Revolution changed the way people viewed their relationship to their rulers, because it provided the individual to see that their ruler may not have their best interest at heart. It also helped people see that rationalism is more important than tradition and religion, which the monarchies around Europe often used in a way where it seemed acceptable that they were absolute monarchies, because of tradition.

How did the black land impact ancient Egyptian civilizations
Andru [333]

Hope it hepls bro

The ancient Egyptians thought of Egypt as being divided into two types of land, the 'black land' and the 'red land'.
River NileThe 'black land' was the fertile land on the banks of the Nile. The ancient Egyptians used this land for growing their crops. This was the only land in ancient Egypt that could be farmed because a layer of rich, black silt was deposited there every year after the Nile flooded.

DesertThe 'red land' was the barren desert that protected Egypt on two sides. These deserts separated ancient Egypt from neighbouring countries and invading armies. They also provided the ancient Egyptians with a source for precious metals and semi-precious stones.
