To find the median of the data set, you must first put the numbers in order

33, 33, 35, 41, 42, 50, 53, 56, 62, 70

Now that we have them in order, find the one that is in the middle. In this case it's an even amount of numbers so there are 2 middle numbers 42 and 50.

What you do when you end up with this situation all you have to do is add the two middle numbers

42 + 50 = 92 then divide the total by 2, which is finding the average of the two numbers.

92 ÷ 2 = 46

46 is the median of the data set.

Hope this helps. :)

4x + 15 - 3x + 10
simpllify the expression
pleas give answer and how to do it
dexar [7]

Answer:

x + 25

Step-by-step explanation:

First, group terms that are similar:

4x - 3x + 15 + 10

Next subtract the similar terms:

4x - 3x = 1x

Simplify 1x:

1x = x

Add the other numbers:

15 + 10 = 25

Final product:

x + 25

Makayla invested $630 in an account paying an interest rate of 5.5% compounded continuously. Assuming no deposits or withdrawals
ivolga24 [154]

Answer:

19.7 or 20 rounded

Step-by-step explanation:

A = $ 1,861.65

A = P + I where

P (principal) = $ 630.00

I (interest) = $ 1,231.65

Continuous Compounding Formulas (n → ∞)

Calculate Accrued Amount (Principal + Interest)

A = Pe^rt

Calculate Principal Amount, solve for P

P = A / e^rt

Calculate rate of interest in decimal, solve for r

r = ln(A/P) / t

Calculate rate of interest in percent

R = r * 100

Calculate time, solve for t

t = ln(A/P) / r

What is the equation of the circle shown in the graph
schepotkina [342]
The general equation for a circle is:
(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

where (h,k) is center of circle
r = radius

For this example, from the graph you see the center is at (0,-3) and radius is 2.
h = 0, k = -3, r = 2

Sub into general equation:
(x-0)^2 + (y-(-3))^2 = 2^2 \\ \\ x^2 +(y+3)^2 = 4
