Before 450 B.C the Roman Law and Emporers had too many people to govern, and were overwhelmed. The citizens became angry they were not receiving the care and counsel they were promised, because of this a small rebellion happened. In effect, after 450 B.C the Roman Government expanded their territory to the benefit of the people.

He described the "Emerging Adulthood" as the phase of life experienced between adolescence and full adulthood. The term is used for young people who do not have children, who are living with others and who are not financially independent.

The "emerging adulthood" is actually characterized of individuals functioning as an independent person, exploring possible identities before they make permanent choices and possess the subjective feeling that life is full of possibilities.
