Analyzing the vitamin and mineral content of foods is an important step in developing good eating habits. Unfortunately, our fav

orite foods are not always the most nutritious foods. Foods that are processed or that contain high amounts of sugar tend to taste good but have few naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.
