The correct answer is option D "The Cavalry unit of the Rough Riders victory". The Spanish-American war was one sided from its beginning as US army was many times more powerful than the Spanish army. During the war Gen. William Shafter led an army of volunteers and regular troops called "the Rough Riders" (army than included Theodore Roosevelt). This army forced Spanish forces to retreat from Cuba, and in the coast US forces destroyed what was left of the Spanish army.

The fundamental cause of the Peloponnesian War was __________.
mel-nik [20]
The fundamental cause of the Peloponnesian War was Sparta's dear and jealousy of the power and wealth of Athens. This caused Sparta to push many city-states to turn against Athens, as well as some citizens of Athens to turn against their own city-state. The Peloponnesian War was fought in three stages or phases as historians like to call them and took place from 431-404 BC.

Fofino [41]
The reason actually had little to do with Somaliland (which is a relatively peaceful and stable country) but with the fear of other countries that this will cause more chaos in the neighbouring Somalia and maybe encourage other places in Africa to split and this would cause more wars and conflicts. <span />
