This is interpreted as a superposition of representation areas of the affected hand fingers, that is, the more vigorous and repetitive the musical task is, the more information is sent to the nerve centers of sensory integration, there will be more tactile discrimination and greater will be the specificity for the functional reorganization of the brain areas, so that at a certain moment the breakdown of the system will be triggered, preventing the musician from developing motor control appropriate to interpretive demands.
