Hail. I'm sure that the answer you're looking for is hail. As the Updrafts force the water molecules up, they began to freeze, in which case they become heavy and start to fall, only to be carried up by another updraft, in which case it freezes again, while adding more water molecules. This process repeats until the hail is heavy enough to finally fall to the ground and escape the updrafts. So yes, the answer is hail, I hope this helped!

Si se nos rompe un material de vidrio:

o Lo recogeremos inmediatamente para evitar cortes.

o Usaremos guantes anticorte con la suficiente protección para

recogerlos. Los guantes de trabajo de piel flor vacuno son suficiente.

o Si se nos rompe una pieza de vidrio mientras estamos fregando

tendremos especial ya que el agua dificulta la visión del vidrio.

o Si es necesario descontaminaremos los trozos antes de retirarlos.

o Introduciremos los trozos en un recipiente cuyas paredes no pueda

perforar con objetos de evitar cortes a otras personas.

o Nunca lo depositaremos directamente en una papelera, al coger la

bolsa el personal de limpieza puede cortarse.

o El vidrio no contaminado por productos químicos puede depositarse

en los contenedores de vidrio para reciclar. Si lo hacemos así el medio

ambiente nos lo agradecerá.

o El vidrio contaminado con productos peligrosos, como termómetros

de mercurio rotos, lo gestionaremos como residuo peligroso.

Debemos separar los residuos según el tratamiento que se les va a dar,

(reciclado, gestión como RP, etc.) desde el momento mismo de su

generación.
