Mental health disorders occur because of variety of factors
The factors that caused mental disorders are divided into :
- Physiological : the patient's personal mindset and point of view
- Biological : Whether if there's an abnormality in patient's brain function
- Enviromental : How are the people in patient's live affect his/her mental state
That's right as what quality of education is been given and how effectively and quickly it can be implemented on the organization community serves the purpose.

- Workplace Ergonomics- this program focuses on maintaining proper postures and simple exercises that are needed while working. For example, how to maintain a sitting posture while working on a computer. - These health care measures taken have proved effective as the number of medical leaves is reduced considerably, employees have started to become aware of their health requirements and concerns and problems if any are addressed on or before time. In turn, making them physically and mentally more productive.
