How can the company that purchased the mine better approach the situation?
ddd [48]

The company that purchased the mine better approach the situation by developing a strategy that include all stakeholders.

In the year 2006, giant of the mining industry Xstrata purchased the Tintaya copper mine in Espinar, Peru. There has been a dispute between the community and the mine over issues including land rights,  pollution,  and social responsibility of the mining company. The previous mine owner had established a good dialogue table with the local community. According to many people , when Xstrata took over, the company did not abide by those arrangements which were made by the previous owner.

That is why if Xstrata wants to make better then it should consider the interest of every stakeholder over there.

References that employers trust for the most accurate reporting include
Aliun [14]

Answer: counselors

Explanation:

References that employers trust for the most accurate reporting include counselors. Employers don't trust the friends, relatives and parents of the prospective employees or employees for an accurate report because employers believe that they're not professional enough and due to their closeness to the employee, they may give false information in order to put the employee at an advantage. Employers see counselors as being more professional and will give the right informations.

It should be noted that in a case whereby a candidate performs well in his or her job tests and interviews and has a positive recommendation from his or her references together, the person has a high chance of being employed.

devlian [24]

The question is incomplete:

McDonald's serves McRice Burger in Malaysia, McOZ Burger in Australia, Kiwi Burger in New Zealand, McHuevo Burger in Uruguay and McSamurai Burger in Thailand. These menu variations are examples of a:

a. A combination of global and local marketing mix elements

b. a selection of menu items that can be sold eventually in U.S. markets

c. A replacement of standard menu names with fancy names

d. a deviation from successful marketing practices

e. a reflection of failure of US menu items in those countries

Answer:

a. A combination of global and local marketing mix elements

Explanation:

The answer is that these menu variations are examples of a combination of global and local marketing mix elements  because the company tries to position its products on a global scale but also adjusts its strategies locally to adapt the placement and distribution to the specific characteristics of each country.

The other options are not right because McDonalds is adjusting its offer in its market to be able to establish its position in that market and not to be able to sell the items in US markets or to replace standard menu names. Also, this is the result of analyzing how to better position in a new market and not a failure of US menu items in those countries.
