Nonpoint source pollution refers to the pollution resulting from many different sources, instead of a single source. This makes tracing pollution back to a single source, or effectively implementing regulation, difficult.

Common examples are land runoff, seepage and precipitation. It also includes situations such as runoff from farms draining into a river, or air pollution that comes from cars. Although we do know where this comes from, it is considered to be nonpoint source pollution because of the multiple sources it includes (as opposed to a single location, or a single car).

bogdanovich [222]

Answer:

#1) Invasions by Barbarian tribes. The most straightforward theory for Western Rome's collapse pins the fall on a string of military losses sustained against outside forces. Rome had tangled with Germanic tribes for centuries, but by the 300s “barbarian” groups like the Goths had encroached beyond the Empire's borders.#2 )One of the many factors that contributed to the fall of the Roman Empire was the rise of a new religion, Christianity. The Christian religion, which was monotheistic ran counter to the traditional Roman religion, which was polytheistic (many gods). Finally, by this time, Romans considered their emperor a god. #3)Christians believe in one God that created heaven, earth, and the universe. The belief in one God originated with the Jewish religion. Christians believe Jesus is the “Messiah” or savior of the world. They also believe that he is the son of God.

hope this helps!!:)

Manipulation of the Independent Variable Again, manipulating an independent variable involves systematically altering its levels so that different groups of participants are exposed to different levels of that variable, or This means that the groups will be exposed to different levels at different times. Independent variables are variables that researchers manipulate to better understand how phenomena, structure, and behavior are related to the dependent variable and Alternative Hypothesis . Instrumental variables are the independent variables in an experiment. It's called "manipulated" because it's something you can change. That is, you can decide in advance whether to increase or decrease. Experiments should always have only one instrumental variable.
