Whats the ratio of 0.6 to 12 to the lowest term

Mathematics
1 answer:
Westkost [7]2 years ago
4 0
You would divide the numbers as much as possible until you get to a point where they will not divide any more. So,
0.6= (Divide by 2) =0.3= (divide by 3) =0.1
12                          6                           2

After that, you cannot divide any more, so the final answer is 0.1/2 or 0.1:2 or
0.1 to 2 (however you are supposed to write it) I hope that helps!
