Explain the role of the digestive, endocrine, excretory systems in maintaining homeostasis. PLEASE ANSWER FAST, BUT NOT RUSHING
andrew11 [14]

Explanation:

The digestive system consists of organs such as: the tongue, salivary glands, pancreas, liver, and gallbladder.  The function of the digestive system is to break down the food that enters the body into smaller compounds until they can be absorbed into the body.

The endocrine is the collection of glands that produce hormones. They function metabolism, growth and development, tissue funtion, reproducation, sleep, mood and other things.

The excretory sustem takes care of the elimination of waste, which is produced by homeostasis. Several parts of the body that are involved with this process include: sweat glands, liver, and the kidney system.

The endocrine system coordinate other organ sustem by using chemical signals called hormones. Including the nervous and muscular systems, which work together to maintain temperature. Insulin, which is released by the pancreas, work with the digestive system. Insulin regulates the amount of glucose in the blood and the lack of insulin can lead to diabetes.

Without these functions in our body, our extra waste will build up, leading to bacteria and bodily waste infecting our kidneys, therefore the excetory system is needed to maintain homeostasis. The digestive system brings us food, protiens and other things needed to maintain our hunger. We could die by hunger, and our bodily function will fail, including the endocrine system. Without specific hormones or growth and development, we wouldn't be where we are now.

Suppose you work for a company that sells plant seeds. You are studying a plant species in which the dominant phenotype is pink
Phantasy [73]

If we cross Plant A (pink flowers) with Plant B (white flowers) of the same species, the resulting cross will give equal number (1:1 ratio) of the both colors. This means that the crossed plants had Plant A: Pp (heterozygous) and Plant B: pp (recessive homozygous) genotype.

P: Pp  x  pp

F1: Pp  Pp  pp  pp
