First perform 20 minutes of Physical Activity. This can be anything that you enjoy doing or have to do. Playing sports, taking a

jog, walking the dog, and doing yard work are some examples. Second in the text box write two-four complete sentence describing what you did. What did you do? When did you do it? Where did you do it? Was it easy? Is this something that you normally do? How long did it take? Did someone do it with you?

The 20 minute physical activity I performed was doing yardwork. It was fairly easy to do, besides a lot of bending down involved to pick up sticks. I did it in my front and backyard for a bit over 20 minutes, and no one did it with me.

Answer:

I took a walk to the park with my family, we did it at 7:00 am in the morning, we did it at a local park that was right down the street from my house, it was pretty easy considering i usually walk a lot, it use to be something that I normally do but then corona happened so, therefore, I wasn't able to do it as much, it took my approximately 40 minutes, and yes i took my mom, dad, and my brother.
