The tpn should be used cautiously in patients with pancreatitis because : They cannot tolerate high-glucose concentration
If you got pancreatitis, there will some sort of blockage in your pancreas which make it difficult for your body to break down your food and regulate your blood sugar, this cause you unable to tolerate high-glucose foods

it's normal for breasts to swell or grow but not for the nipples to discharge
