i am a substance abuser so ik the long term effects so here is a paragraph about it


  doing drugs and drinking can be very harmful to your health. It can be very risky.  Smoking can cause rotted lungs, difficulty breathing, lung cancer, and many other issues. drinking can cause car accidents, people taking advantages sexually, and van cause harm to your relationships just like any other substance can. both of these issues greatly impact our lives day to day.
