I believe the answer is autonomy.
Autonomy based argument to do euthanasia is based on the fact that we give freedom to all people to do whatever we want to our body.
For example, if the patient is experiencing an excruciating pain from bone cancer (to the point where morphine could no longer help), Euthanasia may seem like a rational option.
