During hibernation, the animals don't eat anything.....So, when they are hibernating, those animals can get energy by burning the the stored fat from the fatty food and can survive until they wake from hibernation

A more dense material will cause the light to bend more. (dense substances have a higher refractive index)

A less dense material will cause the light to bend less.

Why do you think primary productivity is important for the health of an ecosystem.
RoseWind [281]

Answer:

Primary productivity in an ecosystem is important because it lays the foundation of the food chains and food webs being observed in an ecosystem. It is the initial and main source through which energy is added into the food chains and food webs in an ecosystem. The organisms in which primary productivity occurs bring energy for the different organisms living in an ecosystem. Without them, energy will not be able to flow through an ecosystem as there will be no energy produced.

8. You find a 10,000,000 year old rock 2,500 km away from the nearest seafloor spreading center, how fast has the plate been mov
Likurg_2 [28]

You find a 10,000,000 year old rock 2,500 km away from the nearest seafloor spreading center. The plate has been moving since its formation by (2,500 km)(100,000 cm/1 km)/(10,000,000 yr).so the plat has been moving equal to 25 cm per year since its formation.
