It would be mean, since it's common for the mean to be greater than the median in a normal distribution.

If mean > median, then the distribution would be skewed to the right. 
If mean < median, then the distribution would be skewed to the left. 

However, the normal distribution is not skewed since the normal distribution is symmetric. 
The left side is a mirror image of the right side (or vice versa).
The mean and median are located at the same spot: at the center of the bell curve.
