If you want it in improper fraction form, simply divide both the denominator (bottom number) by 3, and divide the numerator (top number) by 3 as well :)

15 ÷ 3 = 5

12 ÷ 3 = 4

So, your answer, in improper fraction form, is 5/3

However, if you want it in mixed form, you have to turn 15/12 into a mixed number.

Simplify by dividing both the numerator and denominator by 3.

Null Hypothesis: p \leq 0.5

On this case the value of p_o=0.5 is the value that we are testing and n = 100.  

z=\frac{0.64 -0.5}{\sqrt{\frac{0.5(1-0.5)}{100}}}=2.8

The p value for the test would be:  

p_v =P(z>2.8)=1-P(z

Part c
