Calculate:
(x1, y1) = (1, 3) and (x2, y2) = (3, 7)
m = 7 - 3/3 -1 = 4/2 = 2

Partial equation: y = 2x + b
Find b, substitute given points/partial equation

Use: (1, 3) x = 1, 
                  y = 3
