Answer:  The correct answer is : The speech could be informative, strategic or persuasive with a formal style.

Explanation:  The first thing that must be defined is the objective of the speech. The speech must have three main parts: introduction, development and conclusion. It must be defined how the attention of the audience will be captured and there must be a positive relationship with the public.

What were the primary assumptions behind the signing of Executive Order 9066?
olya-2409 [2.1K]
The primary assumptions were that the Executive Branch, in the "prosecution of war", has the right to take every precaution and every action in order to prevent espionage and other domestic threats.

This was tied to the assumption that Japanese Americans presented a danger to the United States, and that their ultimate loyalty was to the Japanese Empire.

Read the following excerpt from Act I, Scene 2 and answer the question.
ipn [44]

Answer:

Romeo was in a melancholy mood when he came to the Capulet's home for a feast and this is because of the fair Rosaline who he fancies himself to be in love with. Coming to the Capulet's home despite the enmity between his family and theirs is a risk on its own, getting to meet Juliet and falling in love with her is the greatest risk to him.

If he didn't go for the feast he wouldn't have met Juliet and the tragedy would have been averted but fate has other plans for the two star crossed lovers.

He came to the feast for Rosaline but left with Juliet in his thoughts.

Complete the text with the best conjunctive adverb.
Blababa [14]

Answer:

C) Incidentally

Explanation:

Personally I don't like any of these answer choices. However, this one makes the most sense in this context. The others would need a much different set-up earlier on in the passage. "Incidentally" does not require such a set up, which is why it is the only one that fits.

Which one of the following lines is written in iambic pentameter?
postnew [5]
The only line among these which is written in iambic pentameter is A) "I lift my lamp beside the golden door."
This line has 10 syllables, which means it has 5 meters (to count the number of meters, you first count the number of syllables and then divide that number by 2). Since it has 5 meters, and the Greek word for 5 is penta, it must be an iambic pentameter.
