One, I do know that Nicole should be LEAST concerned about having a newborn who has a deformed heart. However, I do have a sense of Life-Span of the fetus during pregnancy. So, I do believe she, Nicole, should be most concerned about having a newborn who has lower mental functioning. 

This is because the main danger of <span>postnatal lead exposure is lower mental functioning in the newborn. </span>
