I believe the answer is the hypothalamus. It is part of the brain which makes it part of the nervous system, and it releases CRH hormones which trigger the pituitary gland making it part of the endocrine system.
This makes me more able to put information that i see on tv into my head for answers on the hw i'm doing.To gather more important information I may need in the future. My audience would be me, myself, and I.
