Answer:

All of the above

Explanation:

All of these are elements that are commonly used to establish a film as a comedy. Although none of them are necessary or sufficient for a movie to be called a comedy, when they work in combination they become successful in causing humour. Dialogue refers to witty and humorous discussions. These often involve creative statements and jokes. Situations refers to the actual events that occur in the story. Physicality is the involvement of gestures and body movement, which is a common feature of comedies.

The correct answer is situations. A film may be have humorous dialogue or the use of physicality, but without funny situations, a film is not a comedy.

Note that physicality means physical humor, such as the kind used in The Three Stooges, where the characters were constantly getting physically injured. While physicality is funny, many comedies do not use physical humor at all. Therefore it is not an element commonly used to establish a film as a comedy.

Comedy may be found in the words spoken, the situations the characters are involved in, and physical actions. However, only humorous situations establish a film as a comedy.

"Sparkling in the sunlight, Marcus looked at his new car". This is wrong. The correct version is: "The car's sparkling in the sunlight, Marcus looked at his new car".What has been bold typed stands for the subject of the present participle, sparkling. This subject is realised by the genitive case and it is a different subject from the main sentence / clause. What sparks is the car not Marcus. " With a grin of appreciation, the car looked almost brand new." wrong. The correct version is: " Marcus , with a grin of appreciation on his face, noticed the car ; the car looked almost brand new." The new version- elements in bold type - has turned into an idependent sentence / clause. Marcus is the one that wears a smile at noticing his brand new car. The semi colon stands for "since". "Grabbing the keys, the car was ready for a road trip." This is wrong. The right version is " Marcus' grabbing the keys ; the car was ready for a road trip". The subject of the present participle , grabbing , has to be provided since it is Marcus that grabs the key ,not the car. The semi-colon claims importance for it stands for because.

A good sense of humor can't cure all ailments, but data is mounting about the positive things laughter can do. A good laugh has great short-term effects. When you start to laugh, it doesn't just lighten your load mentally, it actually induces physical changes in your body. Laughter can:

1. Stimulate many organs. Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain.

2. Activate and relieve your stress response. A rollicking laugh fires up and then cools down your stress response, and it can increase and then decrease your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good, relaxed feeling.

Overall, laughter is good for your health and being positive would lead to positive results.
