A self esteem can be defined as how you value yourself or how much do you value yourself. Some may feel that they are inferior to others, which shows that they do not value themselves. To improve one's self esteem, he/she must have self-respect. If you respect yourself, it makes others want to respect you, which persuades you to value yourself. Being confident of one self and the belief that '' I can do it'' makes a person value himself more.
