The respiratory precautions apply to the patients suspected to be infected by the microorganisms transmitted through airborne droplet. The infected patients can affect other individuals. The measles is a viral infection thus the virus can spread through nasal droplets.

The period of communicability can be defined as the duration during which the infectious agent may be transferred from an affected infected person to another person. In this period the chances of spread of infection to the community becomes prominent.

If you had a poor score on the sit-and-reach flexibility test, _____. you need to stretch your lower body more often you should
lys-0071 [83]

Assuming that this person does not stretch very often due to their test results would be a pretty good assumption. So, our choices are:

A) You need to stretch your lower body more often.

B) You should stretch an average amount. and,

C) You never need to stretch this area, your stretching habits don't affect your score

B is the most logical decision, but before we go ahead and choose it, lets go over our other answer and use the power of deduction.

A just focuses on your lower body, while on the other hand when you sit down and try to touch your toes, it isn't just stretching your hamstrings and other muscles in that area. it is also stretching your shoulders, back area, torso, and sometimes neck. So, A doesn't really work because it doesn't see the whole picture.

C doesn't make any sense at all, because if you are stretching for the test, then not stretching at all would only make your test scores worse because you aren't trying to improve your body, you are just making it weaker and weaker.

So therefore, the most logical answer would be B because if you stretch your body daily for just the right amount of time for your body, over time your body will gradually loosen up to these stretches and you will be able to go further and further.
