 2. Keeping the information given in the problem on minde, you have that $h=0$, so you must solve the quadratic equation:
 $-16 t^{2} + 64 t + 4=0$
 3. When you solve it you obtain the following result:
 $t=2+ \sqrt{17} /2$
 $t=2- \sqrt{17} /2$
 The answer is the first option.
