The main structural difference between LDL and HDL is their compositions. Approximately 50% of the weight of an LDL particle is cholesterol and only 25% is protein. High-density lipoprotein particles, on the other hand, consist of 20% percent cholesterol by weight and 50% protein.

VashaNatasha [74]

Answer:

Rivers often start from the mountain streams and contain high amounts of oxygen. Rivers and streams grow larger as these waters merge. Rivers pick up sediments from the land as they flow. Lakes support many varieties of organisms, including plants in shallow, open water and wetlands. In shallow water near shore, plankton is covered in water all or some of the time and are found along the edge of lakes and the floodplains of rivers. A deer is nibbling moss on rocks beside a river. Rivers are a major source of water for a variety of animals and plants.

ATP hydrolysis _______.
yaroslaw [1]

Answer:

The correct answer is to ADP and Pi is the most common mechanism for transferring free energy to drive endergonic reactions.

Explanation:

Many endergonic reactions(the free energy change of these reactions are highly positive) proceed in a thermodynamically unfavorable manner.

To make those reactions thermodynamically favorable, these reactions are coupled with hydrolysis of high energy compound such as hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and Pi.

As a result the free energy change of those reactions becomes negative which allow those reactions to proceed in a thermodynamically favorable manner.
