The answers for the blanks in the paragraph above are "auditioned" and "endured" which are past tense verbs. Joel told about his past experience in his personal narrative which is the jazz band tryouts experience. The most suitable answers for Joel's personal narrative is the past tense verbs to complete the past event story.

What is a rhetorical fallacy
andre [41]

Rhetorical fallacies, or fallacies of argument, don't allow for the open, two-way exchange of ideas upon which meaningful conversations depend. Instead, they distract the reader with various appeals instead of using sound reasoning.

Hi leave reasons why you dislike studying but love learning down below!!!! Thanks
belka [17]

Studying relates to school and the negativity surrounding the topic. Most students do not enjoy going to school and since studying is mainly done for school it ends up having a negative correlation. It is also tiring because it is just repeating and memorizing information you already know. Learning on the other had you can do in and out of school. You can learn about things you enjoy and interest you which helps build a positive correlation with the topic. When you learn you are also taking in new information instead of repeating the same concepts over and over to memorize them.

Hope this helped! :))
