It would be 14, because the lines in the middle represent equality. So the long line with 1 tic mark (that's what u call the lines in the middle) means that all of the lines with 1 tic mark are equal. Same goes with the line with 2 tic marks. Hope I helped! :)

For option 3 to be correct, there would need to be a negative symbol in front of the exponent, x.

Numbers in their seventies: 70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79

Numbers in their eighties: 80,81,82,83,84,85,86,87,88,89

Numbers in their nineties: 90,91,92,93,94

Multiples of 2:

50,52,54,56,58,60,62,64,66,68,70,72,74,76,78,80,82,84,86,88,90,92,94
