By doing so, Humphrey is deliberately violating the principle of Respect for person's Belmont Report. The report, which was actually signed as a law protects the human beings from being subjects of research may it be medical or behavioral. Guidelines should be shared with the subjects to ensure that they are fully aware of the research being conducted.

Explain the change in educational attainment for black workers from 1970 to today.
Brilliant_brown [7]

There has been a drastic change in educational attainment for black workers from 1970 to today with a lot of benefits attached with it.

Education attainment has been increased substantially from 1970 as at that time only 20% of black workers had high school degree and in 2014 it increased to 90%. Although the gap has shrunk over last five decades but 33% of white workers have at least 4 years of college as compared with 22% of black workers.

The benefits attached with education on black workers were expanded career options, higher earning potential, improved confidence, happier and healthier and becoming a world traveler.
