Distribution by force means that people will get much more if they are powerful, creating many problems and conflicts. For example, nobody in this world would like to be snatched of what he has/she has. This creates competitions among the individuals as they are ranked in an order of excellent, good, and poor and therefore are paid accordingly.
On the contrary, equal sharing has different rule and policies, the stockholder gets a $1 per share dividend. This makes a sense of equality between people and everyone would love to do the business. Each investor gets his/her equal share of the profit made by any company.

When you have distribution of goods by force this only leads to problems and possible conflicts as peopel don't like things being taken from them through force.

When you have distribution by equal sharing you have a much more likely scenrio where everbody is ok with things being shared.

Although concrete operational thinkers might succeed on the balance-a-scale test of formal reasoning, they are less likely to do
aksik [14]

'Although concrete operational thinkers might succeed on the balance-a-scale test of formal reasoning, they are less likely to do so because of their reliance on trial and error.

An operational definition is a definition that defines the precise way wherein a variable is measured. Giving the steps used in defining each variable allows others to evaluate and potentially mirror research take a look at.

Your operational definitions describe the variables you may use as indicators and the processes you will use to study or degree them. You need an operational definition due to the fact you can not measure something without one, regardless of how top your conceptual definition is probably.

An operational definition of a variable is the set of approaches used to measure or control it. a great operational definition is obviously sufficient so that an unbiased researcher ought to use the same technique (mirror the studies) and get identical outcomes.

What is culture? Do countries have uniform national cultures? How would you describe your own home country’s values on the four
Reil [10]

Answer:Culture is a way of life that involves customs, beliefs ,attitudes , art and social organizations of a particular group in a country .

Explanation:

There aren't any uniform cultures even within one nation because within the nation there are also small community groups who share different cultures .

The different ethnic groups within the nation lead to different cultures because each ethnic group has their own beliefs and customs which are different to the other ethnic group.

I experienced a different cultural interaction when I went to another province which was dominated by different ethnic to mine and the langauge barrier became a serious issue which made it difficult to make friends .

If I would be sent to live in a foreign country, I would need to search about all the customs, beliefs and the way of life of the people there so that o can be well informed to ensure I don't find myself doing things that are against the culture of that country and finding myself in trouble in foreign land.
