Time management. How can I manage my time? I have school, two sports, a job, and chores? I still need time for studying. Can any

one help me?

Answer:

I had a problem at first with this too! But I would recommend a schedule. This has helped me so much even though so simple. Wake up earlier go to sleep earlier. If you have trouble going to sleep, I recommend no phone tv physical activity (like workout) music etc thirty minutes before bed. And meditation before bed. Ucla guided meditation is a good place to start on You tub.e. Start just with 5 minutes at first at get to thirty minutes after two too three weeks. Everynight!! Stay on schedule even on weekends. Workout a time for every activity in your day. If your super busy even put like 10minutes of eating breakfast in your schedule. And I know it sounds like a weird and simple idea. But it is amazing! Hope this helps!!
