The acute spinal cord injury can result due to a traumatic injury, which can either result in a complete teat known as a transection or may result in a bruise known as a contusion. The spinal cord injury generally occurs in young adults and men.

The transection of the spinal cord may result in areflexia and spinal shock. It can also result in flaccid paralysis of all skeletal muscles, loss of sensation, loss of spinal reflexes, and lack of autonomic function below the level of injury.

iren2701 [21]

Answer:

A coral reef can be described as an ecosystem of the ocean which is made up by reef-building corals. Coral reefs benefit the environment in a number of ways, one of them is protecting the shoreline. Coral reefs tend to absorb most of the waves from the ocean and so help the coastline from erosion. It reduces the chances of ocean water waves to destroy the crops and buildings nearby and hence prevents erosion.

Imagine there was no tilt to the earths axis and earths orbit was circular
Shkiper50 [21]

Answer:

If the Earth was not tilted on its axis, there would be no seasons. And humanity would suffer.

Explanation:

When a Mars-size object collided with Earth 4.5 billion years ago, it knocked off a chunk that would become the moon. It also tilted Earth sideways a bit, so that our planet now orbits the sun on a slant.

Hope this helps!
