the president doesn't sign the bill but holds it for more than 10days what happens to the bill

This scenario is describing a pocket veto. If the president doesn't sign the bill for 10 days and congress is still in session, then the bill automatically turns into a law without his/her approval. However, if Congress stops operating before 10 days, then the bill doesn't become a law.
