<span>My policies and procedures will be affected. Since I originally planned to only sell Nike shoes I will have to change store procedure to adjust to having Adidas. I will have to take into account the new inventory, figure out how to advertise the new shoes and adjust prices accordingly. I may have to make up new rules and policies regarding price and shoe manufacturers to incorporate Adidas.</span>
